High Plains Disaster is the brainchild of Steven Goose — a smokey-voiced front man with a resonator guitar and a head full of old songs. The name tips its hat to the Clint Eastwood picture High Plains Drifter, only this one's a big ol' mess.

We play old time traditional folk — dusty covers from a hundred years back and originals penned by Goose himself. Music for porches, parlors, dancehalls, and the long road in between.
